AVIS PUBLIC Consultation publique – Usages conditionnels La Municipalité de Grenville-sur-la-Rouge invite les citoyens à participer à une consultation publique concernant le projet de règlement 2025-09-909 sur les usages conditionnels . Ce projet de règlement vise à encadrer certains usages particuliers sur le territoire municipal, notamment les unités d’habitation accessoires détachées (UHAD), la location à court terme de ces habitations ainsi que l’implantation de tours et d’antennes de télécommunication . Date : Mardi 10 novembre 2026 Heure : 18 h 30 Lieu : Hôtel de ville, 88, rue des Érables Lors de cette rencontre, le projet de règlement ainsi que les conséquences de son adoption seront présentés. Les citoyens sont invités à participer à cette consultation afin de prendre connaissance du projet, de poser leurs questions et de faire part de leurs commentaires. Ce projet contient également des dispositions susceptibles d’approbation référendaire. PUBLIC NOTICE Public Consultation – Conditional Uses By-law The Municipality of Grenville-sur-la-Rouge invites residents to participate in a public consultation regarding Draft By-law 2025-09-909 on Conditional Uses . This draft by-law aims to regulate certain specific uses within the municipality, including Detached Accessory Dwelling Units (DADUs), short-term rental use of these dwellings, as well as the installation of telecommunication towers and antennas. Date: Tuesday, November 10, 2026 Time: 6:30 p.m. Location: Town Hall, 88 des Érables Street During this meeting, the draft by-law and the implications of its adoption will be presented. Residents are encouraged to attend this consultation to learn more about the proposed by-law, ask questions, and provide comments. This draft by-law also contains provisions that may be subject to referendum approval. AVIS : DEMANDES D’AUTORISATION Les demandes d’autorisation suivantes ont été déposées au service d’Urbanisme et de Foresterie de la corporation des Comtés unis de Prescott et Russell : B-071-2026 : Cette demande d’autorisation vise à obtenir l’approbation de diviser 0,21 hectare d’une propriété située au 3227, chemin de comté 16, afin d’agrandir la propriété située au 3253, chemin de comté 16 dans la municipalité de La Nation. Le terrain visé est décrit comme étant une partie du lot 13, concession 12, dans l’ancien canton de Plantagenet Sud, maintenant dans la municipalité de La Nation. B-078-2026 : Cette demande d’autorisation vise à obtenir l’approbation de diviser 19,1 hectares d’une propriété située au 4085, chemin de comté 17, afin d’agrandir la propriété immédiatement à l’est de celle-ci, à l’est du village d’Alfred. Le terrain visé est décrit comme étant une partie du lot 14, concession 6, dans l’ancien canton d’Alfred, maintenant dans le canton d’Alfred et Plantagenet. The subject land is described as part of Lot 13, Concession 12, in the former Township of South Plantagenet, now in The Nation Municipality. B-078-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 19.1 hectares from a property located at 4085, County Road 17, to enlarge the property immediately east of it, just east of the Village of Alfred. The subject land is described as part of Lot 14, Concession 6, in the former Township of Alfred, now in the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet.
