Ashley Zito , senior leasing manager with Hill Management Ser- vices represented the landlord in all three transactions in addition to Kate Jordan , prin- cipal and Marley Welsh , vice president of Lee &Associates | Maryland, in their role as the leasing firm for the property in Anne Arundel County. Morris Tile Distributors, a wholesale company carrying a full complement of tile flooring products for commercial and residential installations, signed a lease for 33,560 s/f of space and intends to relocate an exist- ing site to Dover Commons. According to Lee &Associates, the current vacancy level in the North Anne Arundel County submarket is 4.9% with activity primarily fueled by companies with warehouse/manufactur- ing requirements and last mile logistics users. We have acquired The Hamp- tons Self Storage, which is located on Easthampton Rd. The acquisition adds more than 650 storage units totaling roughly 75,450 s/f of storage to the portfolio, which now stands at 44 locations throughout PA, MD, NJ, CT, IA and MA.
