We purchased 5.25 acres of land directly adjacent to the site for which we plan to combine this new location in conjunction with the other three Moove In-Northampton properties to improve opera- tional efficiency and add to the market share/presence in the area. Moove In also anticipates adding a parking component on the 5.25 acres of vacant land in the near future, to diversify and allow for vehicle storage. MAREJ Hill Management Services achieves 100% leasing at spec. warehouse building GLEN BURNIE, MD — Hill Management Services, Inc. has achieved 100% leased at Dover Commons, just prior to the delivery of the specu- lative 66,000 s/f warehouse/ industrial building, situated in the Bay Meadow Industrial Park in Glen Burnie. Ashley Zito , senior leasing manager with Hill Management Ser- vices represented the landlord in all three transactions in addition to Kate Jordan , prin- cipal and Marley Welsh , vice president of Lee &Associates | Maryland, in their role as the leasing firm for the property in Anne Arundel County. Morris Tile Distributors, a wholesale company carrying a full complement of tile flooring products for commercial and residential installations, signed a lease for 33,560 s/f of space and intends to relocate an exist- ing site to Dover Commons. Pe- ter Rosan and Katie Gormley of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. According to Lee &Associates, the current vacancy level in the North Anne Arundel County submarket is 4.9% with activity primarily fueled by companies with warehouse/manufactur- ing requirements and last mile logistics users. YORK, PA — Locally oper- ated Moove In Self Stor- age (MISS) has expanded their portfolio with another Northampton, MA property. We have acquired The Hamp- tons Self Storage, which is located on Easthampton Rd. The acquisition adds more than 650 storage units totaling roughly 75,450 s/f of storage to the portfolio, which now stands at 44 locations throughout PA, MD, NJ, CT, IA and MA.
