Sweet action at the VKH tournament Lastweekend, theTri-CityGri!onswelcomed teams fromacross the Ottawa region for their atom and pee-wee tournament at the Vankleek Hill Community Centre. Teams from Nepean, Metcalfe and Richmond joined the Gri!ons for one busy day of hockey on the November 15. “It’s so cool to see the younger players trying their best towin sucha tournament,”saidNepean fan Gerry Stephenson. “It’s good clean hockey with players who are willing to learn and have fun at the same time.”“Every hockey player remembers his pee-wee years because that’s when you truly embrace your talent and when you transform yourself into a hockey machine,” said Dennis Kazarian, a fan fromMetcalfe.
