fact that it was created under Obama, and instead, focus on its status as a privately owned, GEO Group facility. Delaney Hall ICE Detention Fa- cility located in Newark, NJ served as the epicenter of the latest anti- ICE operation that began on May 22, 2026. Rioters clashed with fed- eral agents, resulting in multiple arrests and the physical use of force by federal law enforcement. Current U.S. Sena-
• The funding for Anti-ICE operations exist through a maze of NGOs. Payments are dispersed through U.S. based cash apps, such as Venmo, PayPal, and some crypto platforms and accounts.
Research determined that the infrastructure in place, particularly in this geographical area, was cre-
ated by two individuals: George Soros and Neville Singham. The funding streams of Soros and Singham alone created fer- tile ground for sustained pres- sure on ICE and our deportation infrastructure by resourcing coalitions, media, and turnout in this politically sympathetic urban area. Delaney Hall has become the key location where the anti- U.S. agendas of Soros and Singham overlap into a shared ecosystem. Protests there in- volve Singham funded groups such as Code Pink/PSL/Peo- ple’s Forum and Antifa. Opera- tional cover is provided by local politicians operating in a polit- ical environment shaped by Soros-backed nonprofits groups promoting open bor- ders, “progressive” forms crim- inal justice, and political policy. Restoring Sovereignty America has been under sus- tained assault by foreign and domestic sophisticated net- works that fund prolonged ille- gal blockades, facility occupations, and coordinated resistance to federal enforce- ment. At facilities like Delaney Hall, well-resourced activist
tor Andy Kim allegedly sus- tained minor injuries as he joined the protests, which are expected to continue and worsen by design. According to news reports, the protests were sparked by a hunger and labor strike initi- ated by roughly 300 detainees, which was a response to al- leged inhumane conditions at the facility. Unsubstantiated reports of spoiled food, medical neglect, lack of air condition- ing, and prolonged detention were amplified and repeated by the media and sanctuary politi- cians including NJ Gov. Mikie Sherrill and U.S. Senator Andy Kim. The truth about this protest, however, is much different than what is being reported. Subscribers to Wisconsin Christian News know about my team of undercover operatives, a group of experienced investi- gators, who’ve infiltrated vari- ous organizations involved in anarchist and terrorist opera- tions. Our operatives docu- mented the creation of the current “protests” and found a much more extensive and in- terlaced infrastructure directly
Alliances/Mutual aid: This area (geographically and politically) provides a classic mutual aid location for Islamists and pro-Iranian, HAMAS, pro-Palestin- ian groups (NYC), with other Socialist and Commu- nist front groups, such as the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), whose members include U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib, and NY Mayor Zohran Mamdani. Other groups include the Marxist ANSWER Coalition, Code Pink, Indivisible, the People’s Forum (funded by CCP allied Neville Roy Singham, the Palestinian Youth Movement (PYM), the Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL), and the Black Alliance for Peace. Online communications found evidence that Antifa (designated as a domestic terrorist organization by President Trump’s executive order of September 22, 2025), enjoys the most effective operational cover in this area than elsewhere. The actions we are witness- ing now were planned for years. Findings / Connecting the dots • Not 10 or 20 million, but 100 million people, or nearly a third of our population, are inside the U.S. illegally. • The influx of illegal aliens under the Biden admin- istration is estimated to be close to 40 million, with heavy emphasis on males of military fighting age and members of foreign gangs. • The Anti-ICE operation is the largest, fully funded, highly coordinated, single nexus operation that’s ever existed to create an armed and dangerous insurgency inside the U.S. • Military grade supplies are being deployed to “for- ward operating bases” inside the U.S., including: “mil- itary-spec” helmets, body armor, shields, P100
groups tied to foreign influence and billionaire philan- thropy have turned routine operations into national flashpoints. However, the executive branch has the statutory tools to counter this. It must now use them with precision and urgency now to protect federal au- thority while upholding the rule of law. Consider that Neville Singham, a U.S. citizen resid- ing in Shanghai, has funneled hundreds of millions of dollars into numerous anarchist groups. These groups have played visible roles in disrupting ICE op- erations and impeding federal operations. Given his documented ties to CCP-aligned interests, the Treas- ury Department could (and should) expedite federal sanctions and asset freezes. The DOJ must also im- plement Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) in- vestigations against the recipients of funding act as unregistered agents of foreign principals. Parallel IRS audits should target the misuse of tax-exempt status for activity that obstructs federal functions. Regarding George Soros and his Open Society Foun- dation, the DOJ and IRS must conduct immediate in- vestigations of any recipients of funding used for illegal acts — such as physical obstruction of federal officers or infrastructure. The stakes we face today are the result of our pre- vious inaction. Public confidence in our justice system has been eroded. Our sovereignty is at stake. By im- mediate and proper enforcement, such as sanctions on foreign-influenced actors, targeted audits, and lawful prosecutions, this administration can restore law and order and demonstrate that America will not allow its capture. Our children and grandchildren are counting on us. HagmannPI.com
responsible for the current chaos as revealed exclu- sively to Wisconsin Christian News readers in this edi- tion. Few people know the irony that exists about the site of the current crisis. Delaney Hall was first opened in 2000 as a correctional and rehabilitation center. In 2011, it was repurposed under Obama to house im- migration detainees. It was used for that purpose be- tween 2011 and 2017. President Trump closed Delaney Hall ICE deten- tion center in 2017. It had to be re-opened by Pres- ident Trump last year to house criminal illegal aliens because of Biden’s open border. The location of the current chaos — Delaney Hall ICE Detention Facility — was carefully chosen by our enemies within long before the allegations of “inhu- mane conditions.” In fact, the very same individuals and groups plotting the destabilization of the U.S. cre- ated the allegations of poor treatment. It was a cause, not a response. It was deliberately selected. Access: Delaney Hall, located at 451 Doremus Av- enue, Newark, is situated in an industrial zone and embedded in the heavily populated New York City metropolitan area. This provides easy access for large numbers of paid operatives from NYC, Newark, Philadelphia, and surrounding areas via public tran- sit and short commutes. Propaganda: Its proximity to major media markets ensures that all interaction is amplified nationally and internationally, and more rapidly than facility loca- tions.
Infrastructure: As noted, the facility is newly re- opened by President Trump. The media will bury the
