In addition to the organisational staff survey, the General Practice Staff Survey (GPSS) has been in place on a voluntary basis since 2023 and NPC staff were invited to take part in this at the end of 2025. The results demonstrated that NPC staff who undertook the survey scored, on average, equal to or above the ICS benchmark across all domains, indicating consistently positive staff experience and strong organisational performance when compared to peer organisations.
