Purpose of the Post

The post holder is responsible for co-ordinating, development and implementation of the College’s building services infrastructure strategies in accordance with College standards, ensuring that the services supporting the College’s its research and teaching is reliable, cost effective, energy efficient and sustainable. The post holder will also be responsible for the development, application and monitoring of approved strategies and standards. Given the College’s focus on new development at White City, the post holder will be based in the White City Development Team whilst working across the College Estate.

Responsible for managing and co-ordinating the building engineering services infrastructure development of the College’s Masterplan. Notes: • The term ‘building engineering services’ to mean the detailed development and management of electrical, mechanical and public health services infrastructure, and a lead co-ordination role with regard to ICT services • Infrastructure is defined as utility and site wide services.
