To develop, foster and measure a strong customer focus, developing relationships throughout the team and ensuring on-going ownership and quality client services. Plan for and implement innovative and effective methods of delivering design and construction services to achieve value for money and excellence in design, sustainability, whole life costs, service delivery and customer satisfaction. To be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of their development programme and achieving the University’s objectives in respect of cost, quality and programme.
To contribute positively to the senior Estates and Facilities Senior Management Team.
