There is high demand for new hires with knowledge of digital transformation. Career paths for graduates include managers in IT departments, managers in charge of digital transformations, IT specialists who consult about technology projects, and entrepreneurs who start tech businesses.

Advances in digital technologies have drastically changed almost every aspect of our society, including industrial structures, business strategies, jobs, and work styles. Organizations can no longer delay their digital transformation. The digital future is here, right now. It is estimated that nearly 40% of all businesses may disappear in the next ten years if they do not accommodate new digital technologies. At the same time, it is a rare opportunity for small to medium-sized companies to narrow the gap with larger competitors. After nearly 20 years of offering its globally top-ranked E-Business Management Program, GSIM launched a new Digital Transformation Program (DXP) in 2021. It nurtures future leaders who can lead global businesses by integrating digital technologies and management skills.
