Japan beyond normal Japan
The International University of Japan (IUJ) is a quite unique university. Despite its location in Japan, our language of instruction is English only and our programs provide a world standard graduate education in the fields of international relations and international management. Close to 90% of our students are from overseas (80% of them from Asia and Africa). They are candidates to be future leaders in their countries. About 75% of our foreign students are funded fully by the Japanese Government, including JICA.

All our students live in our on-campus dormitories and with this 24-hour human interaction, we can provide a place , a place for wonderful international exchange and cooperation. In academic terms, we offer an educational environment in which our students can learn the logic behind Japanese development, not only world-standard theories in each of the fields of our programs. This is such a unique learning environment no other Japanese university can offer, hence we claim to be “Japan beyond normal Japan”. With this education we hope our students can grow to become the true global leaders in the future. Last year we began to increase the number of our own 100% tuition scholarships quite significantly, for both foreign and Japanese students. We welcome many of you to rise to the challenge and join IUJ. where the world cooperates
