As the Azure Adoption Asia Lead at Microsoft, Japan, I get the opportunity to work with and empower customers and partners from all around Asia. On a typical workday I interact with colleagues, customers and partners from India, China, Japan and even Australia. IUJ gave me the opportunity to learn, understand and make friends with classmates from over 60 countries which has played a key role in shaping me into a truly international person. This one of a kind multi-cultural exposure at IUJ taught me how to be mindful of everyone’s culture and understand the different perspectives of people I interact with. Every course at IUJ is well planned with group work, business presentations and class discussions on cases. This gives you a glimpse of the real-world business issues and upskills you with the leadership qualities required to solve them. The MBA program is designed to offer the best of both the Japanese and international business worlds.
IUJ supports every student with their job search starting from getting an internship to landing their dream job. As a foreigner searching for a job in Japan, Japanese language ability becomes a key factor.
