At Whites we want to provide a clear vision of our Landlord service and fees. To this end we have provided the tables below which outline “Landlord Payments.” Please note our fees are inclusive of VAT (20%) and are in line with the Tenant Fee Act 2019, which came into place as of the 1st June 2019.
