*In order to comply with the Gas Safety Regulations (now administered by the Gas Safe Register) we will require a copy of the Landlord Gas Safety Certificate and the operating manual for any boiler or gas appliance/s at the property. If this manual is unavailable, the gas engineer may not be able to complete the service and as a result additional charges may be incurred in having to obtain a printable version directly from the manufacturer and/or the engineer having to re- visit the property to complete the service.
