Quality of Life at Consensus
We used our Quality of Life Framework across all Consensus services to give the people we support a clear voice in what matters most to them, tell us how we are doing and how they want to live. Focused on 10 key areas of life, it helps us understand what’s working, what needs to change, and how to shape support around each person’s goals, from everyday independence to bigger ambitions.
In July 2025, 92% of the people we support took part in our Quality of Life survey. They rated every domain as Good or Great, a powerful reflection of the consistency and quality of support being delivered. A follow-up survey in January 2026, with 81% participation, confirmed that these outcomes are not only being achieved, but sustained, demonstrating real, lasting impact on people’s lives.
