We went big on Pride in 2025/26. Teams took on our Doorstep Challenge, transforming entrances into bright, welcoming spaces that celebrated inclusion and belonging. A Pride Bake Off brought people together, sparked conversations, and showed that inclusion can be joyful as well as meaningful. We're proud of the progress we've made, and we know there's always more we can do. That's why we're rebuilding our website with accessibility at its heart in 2026, continuing to grow our Pride network, and embedding our EDI Charter so inclusion is part of everyday practice across Consensus.
