Tara Kirkpatrick, journaliste au journal The Review, et Michael Koury, propriétaire de l’entreprise Meubles Koury, seront les co-présidents d’honneur de la sixième édition du Relais pour la vie de la Société canadienne du cancer, qui aura lieu le 5 juin 2015 à Lachute. Mme Kirkpatrick a toujours œuvré e"cacement à la tenue de l’activité depuis ses débuts. M. Koury est présenté comme un homme très engagé au niveau de la communauté et du Club Lions. Les deux citoyens devront mobiliser la région pour qu’elle prenne part massivement à la réussite de l’opération. Tina-Louise Hodge, Jennifer Boismenu et Nathalie Belle#eur formeront le comité organisateur. Le Relais pour la vie est un événement de collecte de fonds. Il est avant tout une célébration de nuit qui vise à rendre hommage aux personnes ayant survécu au cancer et à se souvenir de celles qui ont perdu leur combat contre ce #éau.
