Michael Divaris, Vivian Turok and Krista Costa represented the landlord in the lease negotia- tions. Town Center of Virginia Beach is leased by Divaris Real Estate and managed by Divaris Property Management Corp. Signs by Tomorrow leased 3,523 s/f of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Oyster Point Square located at 11712 Jefferson Ave. in New- port News.
