Contract Conditions All advertising is subject to approval. Advertisements are accepted upon representation that the advertiser and its agency have the right to publish the contents thereof. In consideration of such publication, the advertiser and its agency agree to indemnify and hold SnoValley Chamber of Commerce (The Chamber) harmless against any expenses by reason of any claims arising out of publication. Advertisers and their agents assume full liability for claims against The Chamber due to ad content. The Chamber reserves the right to edit, revise or reject all or any advertisement without nullifying agreement. The Chamber assumes no responsibility or liability for errors in ad content. Adjustment for errors in advertisements shall not exceed the cost of space occupied. Payment Terms 100% payment is required upon receipt of ad space reservation.
