job as Land Administrative Assistant, took a position in the Division Orders Department as an Analyst II in September 2014, and is now a Senior Division Order Analyst. She says she enjoys the challenges that Land work brings and has been very blessed by working for Pioneer. Heather enjoyed serving as PBADOA Vice President in 2019 and is glad for the opportunity to volunteer for another year on the Board (although she admits that this year has brought unpredicted challenges on all fronts!). In her free time, she enjoys yoga, Zumba, traveling, and reading, and is currently working toward a Master’s of Business Administration degree at UTPB. She has been married to her husband, Brad Liles (a Draftsman for Pennell & Marlowe Land Surveyors), for over eight years and their two obnoxious fur babies (Miniature Pinscher and Dachshund) run their household.

PBAODA is excited to introduce our 2020 President Heather Liles , Senior Division Order Analyst with Pioneer Natural Resources, who has worked in the oil and gas industry for the past eight years. Prior to completely switching gears to join the oil workforce, she served in the non-profit sector as Business Manager for Teen Challenge of the Permian Basin (now known as Teen Challenge/Adult Centers of Texas, Inc.) - a faith- based drug and alcohol treatment center. Heather first got her foot in the door at Pioneer as a Receptionist for their Pumping Services office, soon thereafter accepted a
