Administration. She’s currently working as Division Order and Land Admin Manager at Sage Natural Resources with 14 people in her group. Growing up, Lisa always loved math and algebra. When she started in Division Order, she was able to utilize those skills and loved figuring things out. She has always been up for a challenge and a puzzle to solve. As a Division Order Analyst, Lisa recalls it was always nice to be able to talk to owners and help them to understand what they owned or needed to do regarding their interest. While Lisa was at Samson, they went through a system conversion to SAP, and she was part of their conversion team. Looking back, Lisa says that conversion was the most challenging project she has ever worked on even though she has been through numerous database conversions over the course of her career! Lisa has been married to her husband Robert for 25 years. They met while working at Amoco. They have three kids. Kyle, their oldest, is married to Cheyanne. He has followed in his Dad’s footsteps and is working as a Pipeline Controller for Oneok. Their daughter, Tori, is married to Zach, lives in Owasso and is an RN at St. John. Their youngest, Derek, is currently attending OU and will start OU Pharmacy school in fall of 2020. Lisa’s parents currently live around the corner, and she and Robert are in the early phases of being the primary caretaker for them. They have two dogs and a few grand dogs they love to spend time with, along with family members. Lisa goes to the gym quite frequently and has for years. Those who have worked with Lisa over the years know she exercises at lunch, which has always helped her get rid of some of her “high-strung” energy.
