LATISSIMUS DORSI STRETCH Lie on your back with your feet flat on the floor. Raise your arms above your head with your elbows together, palms down. Reach higher above your head until you feel a slight stretch in your back (Be careful not to arch your lower back). Hold the position for 2-3 seconds before returning to the starting position. Repeat 3-5 times as needed. Alwaysconsultyourphysical therapistorphysicianbefore starting exercises you are unsure of doing.
