Dear ZPT family and friends,

INSIDE:

I have started a letter to everyone so many times, in my head, but I stop when I think about how trite and foolish my words may sound. No doubt, this has been some of the most challenging weeks in our

lives. At this time, the numbers of COVID -19 cases are still growing here in central Indiana, and the death toll climbs daily with victims whose lives have been shortened by a teeny tiny virus that wreaks havoc on the respiratory system, and spreads like wildfire to everyone close. So many families and friends have been plunged into grief, isolation and turmoil without being able to gather and support one another! As a team, we have cut back to "skeleton crew" of our now part time therapists, one tech, and our fearless office manager. As mentioned in other articles in this newsletter, we have remained open during this time, a decision I have taken very seriously, and initially was waffling back and forth, unsure which way to turn. At this time, we are seeing about a third of the number of patients we typically see, some of whom are doing their sessions via computer screens. For a profession of "touchers", testers, hands-on healers, this is very tough. However, we are following guidelines from the national and state levels, and keeping our practice alive and well.

Most importantly, we wish for you well-being, plus a very special time with your children, grandchildren (if you are with them currently), your spouses and partners, your siblings, and parents. We look forward to a time in the near future where we can greet you with a hug or a well-deserved session of hands-on physical therapy. Not just a smile through a mask, or a wave across the room, but we wish you closeness. Take a deep breath.

Pain down to zero while doing all my activities! "I came to ZPT due to lower back pain. When I first started I had a pain level of 7 out of 10 from just walking and standing. Coming in twice a week from just a few weeks had me down to a 0 pain level while I was doing all my activities. Thank you for all of your help." - Mitch Y. Patient Success SPOTLIGHT

God bless you!

Gratefully, Elaine

P.S. "I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in Him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit." Romans 15:13
