Over the past decade, among many of the Cluster’s accomplishments and ser- vice initiatives, are those listed below: ♦ Attended more than 400 workshops of various topics that impact fraternities and sororities existence on universities and college campuses. ♦ Conducted a series of training and certification workshops annually. ♦ Met with more 200 Greek Life personnel from higher education institu- tions. ♦ Developed and implemented the Fraternity’s Chapter Advisor’s Certifica- tion Program. ♦ Developed the Undergraduate Chapter Semester Grade Reporting Instrument. ♦ Played a major role in the develop- ment and implementation of the Mem- bership Training Academy. ♦ Developed a Strategic Plan/Process for the Office Undergraduate Affairs/ University Relations ♦ Revised the National Advisor’s Manual. ♦ Developed and implemented the Higher Education Group Finally, the members of the Chapter Advisors’ Training Cluster are honored to serve Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. unconditionally. Consequently, as the members continue their roles in effec- tively and efficiently carrying out the du- ties and responsibilities associated with their positions, the Council members are sincerely thankful to Brother Alvin L. Barrington, National Advisors’ Chair- man, Brother Thomas L.
