His last post was with Atlantic Lottery as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Services. King gained fundraising experience in previous roles serving as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health Foundation in Toronto, as well as the Chief Financial Officer with the QEII Health Sciences Centre Foundation in Halifax. King has deep roots in Atlantic Canada. He has spent most of his life in Halifax and has been living in Moncton for eight years with his wife Carolyn and their three children.

Pat Armour, Board chair, said Greg, “has strong leadership experience in the public, private and non-profit sectors.” He began his new role in mid-September. The CEO search was part of a succession process initiated by the planned retirement of the founding President & CEO of the Friends Foundation, Linda Saunders, after 31 years of outstanding leadership. “I am honoured to be continuing the great work of Linda Saunders and her team,” said Greg. “Now more than ever, the hospital is vital to our community and needs our collective support. I am very much looking
