FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER Ivaco Rolling Mills, a very well established company and leader in its industry in Canada is seeking a qualified Financial Reporting Manager to fill a vacancy in its Accounting Department. SUMMARY The Financial Reporting Manager, a resourceful and disciplined individual, will report to the Assistant Controller and assist in the preparation of the financial statements. The incumbent will be responsible for reporting, analysis, reconciliations and assist with other tasks. The candidate must have a deep knowledge of Financial Accounting and thorough knowledge and understanding of all accounting cycles. The Financial ReportingManager must provide a high degree of specialized support tomanagement in the areas of accounting and reporting, offer assistance in planning, forecasting and implementing. Also, ensure compliance with the financial policies of the organization. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES The Financial Reporting Manager will be accountable for the following: • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports • Perform variance analysis, KPI review and other analytical tasks • Prepare fixed assets continuity schedule, other various monthly reconciliations and journal entries • Ad hoc analysis, including some related to costing • Participate in special projects with the objective of continuous improvement in operational efficiency and reporting, eliminating non-valued activities. • Identify issues and proactively initiate analyses / solutions • Ensure the proper internal controls are in place and maintained • Ensure compliance with local, provincial, and federal reporting requirements • Work on implementation of a variety of projects as needed KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate will have the following education, skills and abilities: • CPA / CMA / CA designation and Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent • Five years of relevant experience • Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and cycles • Bilingualism is a must. • Participate in the preparation of annual audit / working papers • Carry out periodic reviews of controls, expenditures, and compliance • Participate in and support the budget and forecast preparation Nous avons une équipe pour vous soutenir! NOUS SOMMES À LA RECHERCHE D’UNE PRÉPOSÉE DE L’INVENTAIRE Ce poste est responsable de la réception du matériel entrant à Idéal Revêtement PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS : • Surveiller tous les matériaux et informer le département des ventes de leur arrivée • Vérifier que le matériel reçu est bien celui commandé • Analyser et vérifier la production quotidienne • Calculer et surveiller les erreurs et le gaspillage de matériel • Participer à l’entrée de l’inventaire dans le système • Informer les contremaîtres lorsque les employés commettent trop d’erreurs ou de gaspillage • Entrer toutes les bobines dans l’ordinateur lorsqu’elles sont reçues • Vérifier que le poids des bobines utilisées correspond au poids inscrit dans le système • Participer lors de l’inventaire semi-annuel et l’inventaire de fin d’année • Aller identifier les bobines d’acies avec les numéros d’identification et entrer ces informations dans le système AMS • Toutes autres tâches liées à cet emploi
QUALIFICATIONS NÉCESSAIRES : • Être bilingue en français et anglais (écrit et parlé) • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent • Bonne connaissance des programmes informatiques • Bonne connaissace des mathématiques

La Municipalité de La Nation désire faire la vaporisation des mauvaises herbes le long des trottoirs sur le bord des chemins urbains. Trottoirs de lamunicipalité de La Nation :Tous les trottoirs seront inspectés dans les villages de Limoges, St Albert, St Isidore et Fournier pour déterminer si l’utilisation des pesticides est requise ou si nous pouvons contrôler les mauvaises herbes d’une façon physique. L’utilisation du pesticide : Factor 540 herbicide liquide (PCP # 27988), ingrédient actif : Glyphosate, présent comme sel de potassium. The Nation Municipality intends to control weeds along the sidewalks in all urban locations.
The Nation Municipality sidewalks: All sidewalks in the Villages of Limoges, St Albert, St Isidore and Fournier will be inspected to determine if pesticides are required or if weeds can be controlled physically.
Using the following pesticide: Factor 540 Liquid Herbicide (PCP # 27988), active ingredient: Glyphosate, present as potassium salt.
Work commencing on July 24, 2017, weather permitting and concluding August 25, 2017.
