NI Construction Dinner: CEF’s second annual dinner welcomed more than 500 guests for an evening of celebration, networking and entertainment at Titanic Belfast on March 19. 18 Factory of the Future: Innovative construction techniques are among standout features of a new £40m Advanced Manufacturing and Innovation Centre delivered by Henry Brothers. 31 Future talent: More than 100 of the brightest recruits have competed in the SkillBuild NI Regional Qualifier Competition 2026, hosted by CITB NI at SERC Newry on May 19. 35 Merchant investment: JP Corry has moved its Castlereagh branch to a more convenient site featuring a modern trade counter, new sections and expanded ranges and warehousing. 43 NI Housebuilder: Our popular new section returns, exploring the latest news and projects, materials and challenges driving residential construction in Northern Ireland. 68 Landmark retail project: McKelvey Construction has completed an architecturally striking new-build EUROSPAR complex with high- quality finishes and complex infrastructure.
