Operational necessity and long- term growth ambitions are the drivers behind JP Corry’s significant investment in a new Castlereagh branch. Conveniently located on Montgomery Road, the new site features a modern trade counter, expanded warehousing and new features such as a dedicated door display area, landscape centre and larger workwear section. It represents a significant upgrade of JP Corry’s previous Castlereagh site, which served the business well for many years but was no longer capable of meeting the growing needs of the business or its customers. With limited space, restricted access and growing demand, the branch had effectively outgrown its former premises. Moving to the larger site has allowed
JP Corry Castlereagh to significantly expand its offering, improve accessibility and create a modern environment better suited to serving both trade professionals and local businesses. And the new branch has also been designed to facilitate future growth, reflecting the company’s continued commitment to investing in its network and customer experience. Emmet Quinn, Branch Manager, says, “The Castlereagh branch is focused on supporting SMEs, local tradespeople and contractors across the wider Belfast and surrounding areas, while also continuing to strengthen relationships with existing customers. “The site has been designed to cater to a broad range of sectors within the construction and building industries,
from independent tradespeople and builders to landscaping professionals and commercial customers.” To mark the official opening of the branch, two dedicated open days were held at the end of May. Featuring supplier demonstrations, product showcases and customer giveaways, the days celebrated the launch of the new site as well as aiming to strengthen relationships with local tradespeople, contractors and suppliers. “Ongoing trade events and promotional days will continue to be organised as part of the branch’s wider customer engagement strategy,” says Emmet.
