JP CORRY HAS BOOSTED ITS CASTLEREAGH TEAM TO 11 STAFF MEMBERS OFFERING A WIDE RANGE OF EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE FROM ACROSS THE CONSTRUCTION TRADE… Delivering value, support & partnership
JP Corry has complemented the relocation of its Castlereagh branch to an improved, larger site with investment in its team. Led by Branch Manager Emmet Quinn, the Castlereagh branch now has a headcount of 11 staff members, bringing together a wide range of experience and expertise from across the building and construction trade. The team’s combined knowledge enables them to provide practical advice, product guidance and customer support tailored to the needs of both trade professionals and business customers. Gary Hunter, Regional Director, says, “Customer service remains at the heart of the business and is central to the company’s overall strategy. The team operates under the guiding principle of ‘building our future by helping others
build theirs’, with every customer interaction seen as an opportunity to deliver value, support and long-term partnership. “From the first point of contact through to ongoing account management and delivery support, the branch is committed to providing a high standard of service and building strong customer relationships.” Continuous staff development is a key priority across the business. All employees can access regular training programmes, including both general skills development and product-specific training delivered in partnership with suppliers and manufacturers. Ongoing training ensures staff remain up to date with the latest products, industry developments and customer requirements, enabling them to provide
informed advice and expert support. Supporting the local community is also an important part of the branch’s ethos. The Castlereagh team actively contributes through donations of materials to local schools and community initiatives such as Men’s Sheds projects. The branch is also proud to support local sport through sponsorships, including Orangefield FC and Malone Youth Rugby teams, helping invest back into organisations that play a valuable role within the community. “The branch is committed to providing a high standard of service and building strong customer relationships.”
