Tell us about your new role at MacBlair, industry background and goals I joined the business as regional sales

but, on the back of that, there is also opportunity. A large part of our business in the housebuilding sector comes from residential repair, maintenance and improvement, including the insulation of existing homes to cut down on energy outgoings. In terms of new house building, the industry has changed and opportunities come in the form of modern construction techniques through modular building, timber frame and offsite manufacturing demands. With this comes more thermally-efficient homes and buildings. With sector demands constantly changing and evolving, ongoing staff training ensures MacBlair stays on top of new developments.
