Foundation Degree in Pensions Administration and Management Best work-based project award 2019
Student: Betty Chiripanhura Tutor: Lynne Miller
The purpose of this project is to highlight the pivotal role the pensions professional plays in the effective administration of a scheme and furthermore how the management of sound administration leads to effective member engagement.
The project was well-structured and showed a clear ability to formulate logical and realistic recommendations from the literature and primary data gathered and critically analysed. It was very well written, thoroughly researched and a pleasure to read.
The tutor wrote: “Overall this was an excellent project and she should be proud of her achievement.”
“Brilliant. Got sense of achievement after all that work. “Just to meet with other professionals on the day was a good eye-opener and gives you that edge to aim higher. “Thank you to organisers and the CIPP team for making some of my dreams come true.”
