AXO are one of the largest providers of student accommodation within Coventry. Our Student Vil- lages are home to over 1,000 students and provide the perfect base for both Coventry and Warwick students. All AXO residents living in our Coventry sites have complimentary access to our fantastic new facilities at Paradise Student Village including the Gym, Cinema Room and Cafe.

Paradise Student Village (formerly Paradise Place) is one of the largest student communities within Coventry and the ideal place for you to make the most of your Coventry student experience. The new additional blocks will con- tain exciting amenities and multiples indoor and outdoor social spaces to enhance our residents study, social and living experience making the vil- lage one of the most vibrantstudent communities in Coventry. Sherbourne Student Village 214 Rooms

Sherbourne Student Village (formerly Sherbourne House) The gated secure complex provides over 200 student rooms through a combination of recently refurbished cluster flats containing en suite rooms and newly developed studios in a brand new luxury block. Sherbourne Student Village has lovely indoor and outdoor social spaces, 24 hour security, high speed WiFi, contents insurance and all utility bills are included in the price.

Broad Lane House 49 Rooms

Broad Lane House (formerly 1 Broad Lane) is the newest development from AXO Student Living and perfect for student at the University of Warwick. It is a high specification development of en-suite and non en-suite rooms, with lovely communal spaces. Broad Lane House is located on the south side of Coventry in a peaceful area; very close to Earlsdon. It is in a particularly great location for the University of Warwick. The development offers a combi- nation of Standard (shared bathroom) and En-suite (private bathroom) rooms along with modern social spaces.

Responsibilities

Relationships: • Develop strong relationships with third parties, Universities, Language schools, International Offices and large youth organisations to drive channel growth. Ensuring dealings with third party partners and suppliers do so with the utmost respect of all parties and with exemplary conduct.

• Collaborate with the relevant functional teams on any new initiatives, especially property teams and marketing function.

• Secure nomination agreement which embrace the partnership with the universities and lan- guage schools.

Sales Process:

• Responsible for identifying revenue gaps/across Coventry and implementing B2B sales strate- gies necessary for successful lease-up our properties.

• Be expert in your knowledge of the sales performance of the properties; attending the routine calls/meetings well prepared to discuss performance and opportunities.

• Develop a solid understanding of the local University landscape in each city, competitors and where our assets rank relative to the local competition.

• Ensure every member of the team, regardless of their discipline understands how their role contributes to sales of the property and the impact on the student experience.

• Ensure we are consistently refreshing our approach to sales practice and training, factoring in research and feedback from our customers and partners.

• Process and manage any and all booking administration efficiently and with care and atten- tion to detail, in particular ensuring the data of our customers are always treated with the utmost respect. • Ensure every call is answered, every enquiry responded to, every email handled, and every viewing undertaken; ensuring the wider team are clear on our brand values and student ex- perience.

• Ensure we are compliant with all data protection requirements as it relates to customer data;

Job Description

Financials:

• Report on a weekly basis to the Director of Operations on the building performance and sales pipeline.

• Analysis the sales data to ensure a robust reporting, that will easily enable us to identify any gaps in the market.

Job Description About You

• Exposure to difficult circumstances involving customers and/or people. An understanding of the student/ youth market ideally with previous experience of selling to universities.

• The ability to be able to build upon organisational processes, systems to enhance the sales process.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to reflect the target markets.

• Ability to generate new business and forge long termmeaningful relationships.

• Strong knowledge of the end to end sales process, and used to taking ownership.
