Our Cartridge Batch Powder Booths feature an open front (also know as open face) design and are ideal for small to mid-size powder applications. To ensure cartridge filters remain clean, this booth is built with a purge control feature, which assures the safe operation of the coatings enclosure by maintaining the airflow at design levels.
CARTRIDGE BATCH POWDER BOOTHS
RTT's Cartridge Batch Powder Booths deliver unmatched efficiency for small to mid-size powder operations. The open-front design is enhanced by an automated filter purging system that maintains constant airflow by periodically cleaning the cartridges. This process ensures maximum filter life and drops reclaimed powder into simple collection drawers (or an optional fluidized bed). The result is a safer, cleaner work environment with consistent performance and minimal downtime.

• Durable Construction : Booth is built with heavy-duty, 18-gauge prime galvanized steel. All panels and supports are laser-cut for a precise, easy nut-and-bolt assembly. • Integrated Collector Module : The factory-assembled collector recirculates clean, filtered air and includes primary/final filters and a removable powder drawer. • Smart Control Panel (UL/ETL Listed) : Includes a NEMA 12 control panel with a VFD for fan control, magnehelic gauge for filter monitoring, and an automatic/manual filter pulse-down mode. • Industry-Leading Lighting : Ships standard with E-Light LED fixtures for superior brightness and energy efficiency. This lighting is ETL listed for US/Canada (Class 1, Div 2). • Advanced Safety : Features pressure switches to monitor final filters and an air solenoid valve interlocked with the fan for safe spray operations. • Compliance Guaranteed : Designed to meet or exceed all applicable OSHA and NFPA regulations.
