Gather a sharp Ebony ® pencil, an eraser, a sharpener, and drawing paper.
Draw a picture of someone you see today in your home. Look at the person. Use lines to show the edges of what you see.
1. Look at the outside edge of the head. Draw lines that show that edge. Look carefully at the direction that the edge goes as you draw lines. Next, draw the shoulders and work from there.
2. Draw lines inside those edges to show the small things like the features of the face, hair, or wrinkles in cloth.
