Day 4: Kayenta - Monument Valley - Lake Powell - Page Experience the American West as immortalised on the silver screen, with a journey across the Navajo Nation to Monument Valley. See the massive rock formations on a 4-wheel drive tour with a Navajo guide. Then visit the Glen Canyon Dam holding back the waters of the Colorado River in Lake Powell. Join an expert Navajo guide for an optional afternoon tour through Antelope Canyon. Day 5: Page - Bryce Canyon National Park Optional early morning flight over Lake Powell; taking in Glen Canyon Dam, Wahweap Marina, Tower Butte, and Rainbow Bridge. Then, travel into Utah along the Grand Staircase to Bryce Canyon National Park – famed for its unique geology such as slot canyons, windows, fins, and ‘hoodoos’ spires. Day 6: Bryce Canyon National Park - Zion National Park - St George Be mesmerised by Zion National Park’s striking landscapes of steep canyons and stone towers carved out by rushing streams. Explore the park; take the park shuttle, see the Visitor Center and museum, go on a hike, or join a park ranger to learn about animals, geology, and plants. Arrive in the important Mormon community of St George for an orientation tour. Day 7: St George - Snow Canyon State Park - Las Vegas - Fly Back to UK Journey to Snow Canyon State Park with its canyon carved from the Red Mountains of Utah’s red and white Navajo sandstone. Your tour comes to an end today, make your way to Las Vegas McCarran International airport to catch your flight back to the UK.

Day 1: Fly from the UK to Las Vegas Welcome to Las Vegas, also known as ‘Sin City’! Begin your adventure by getting to know your group and asking any questions you might have with your tour director. Day 2: Las Vegas - Williams - Grand Canyon National Park Cross the desert and old Mojave gold-strike country. Pass through Williams on historic Route 66 and Kaibab National Forest en route to the Grand Canyon - one of the Natural Wonders of the World - and an overnight stay in Grand Canyon National Park. Day 3: Grand Canyon National Park - Navajo National Monument - Kayenta Take the optional flightseeing excursion over the heart of the Grand Canyon for incomparable views of flame-coloured walls plunging 6,093 feet into the Colorado River. Later, visit Navajo National Monument; established to preserve three cliff dwellings of prehistoric Ancestral Puebloans that date from 1250 to 1300 AD. View artefacts and watch films at the visitor center. This evening, join the optional Navajo cookout for dinner surrounded by Monument Valley’s red-rock canyons.
