Day 6: Monument Valley Arrive a few hours before the best time to view the incredible flat-topped towers of red sandstone, with the softer light affording ideal photographic conditions. Optional guided 4x4 tour by a local Navajo Indian. Day 7: Bryce Canyon Cross into the Mormon state of Utah and climb to almost 8,000 feet as you arrive at Bryce Canyon National Park. Day 8: Valley of Fire State Park This morning the journey continues in a south-westerly direction as you head towards Las Vegas. En-route visit the Valley of Fire State Park, Nevada’s oldest and largest state. Day 9: Las Vegas Today you’ll have a full day at leisure to explore the self- styled ‘entertainment capital of the world’. Day 10: Sierra Nevada Stay two nights nestled within the area of the Sierra National Forest in duplex-style wooden chalets, described by locals as ‘mountain lodging’. Day 11: Yosemite Valley This morning enter the park and drive through the incredible scenery to Yosemite Valley itself; where you’ll be confronted by one of the most staggering views in the USA. Day 12: San Francisco Travel to San Francisco this morning and enjoy an orientation tour of the city. Day 13: San Francisco Free day in San Francisco. Amble through Chinatown, stroll down the waterfront, and visit the Haight-Ashbury district and the ‘Summer of Love’ for which San Francisco is still famous today. Day 14-15: Fly from San Francisco to the UK Your journey has now come to an end. Place make your way to the airport for your overnight flight back to the UK.

Day 1: Fly from the UK to LA Your journey with us stars now. Hop on your flight from the UK and land in the City of Angles, LA. Day 2: Los Angeles Visit the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Sunset Strip, and Santa Monica. Later this afternoon head south, following the coast, to charming San Diego. This afternoon you have the option of taking a once-in-a-lifetime helicopter flight for the ultimate panoramic view of the Grand Canyon.
