One of Baltimore Coffee & Tea Co.’s loca- tions inside The GATE at Aberdeen Proving Ground, an office and technology park, gives campus employees a getaway for their coffee and lunch breaks. “Baltimore Coffee & Tea Co. offers 100 varieties of freshly roasted coffee, unique blends of tea, freshly prepared breakfast and lunch options that are prepared on-site, as well as espresso-based drinks, 100 percent fruit smoothies and locally made sweets,” said Stanley J. Constantine, president of Baltimore Coffee & Tea. All of these items and the peaceful setting are located within the business complex for convenient access during the work day. Whether it’s their European style or quality products, Baltimore Coffee & Tea doesn’t compromise. “Our business philosophy has always been to offer the highest quality products that we are able to produce,” Constantine said. “Additionally, our employees are trained to strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction, valuing every customer equally.” For Baltimore Coffee & Tea to take coffee beyond a stereotypical franchise, the busi- ness needed a property partner that would
