“When I first started PT, I was unable to play for any longer than 15-20 min without being in immense pain. I had trouble walking after playing and often needed help performing everyday activities. Over the few months I was attending PT, I saw my pain lessen and my ability to play for longer periods of time. I am now nearly 100% with little to no pain ever. I am so lucky to have had such a great physical therapist and a very encouraging environment. I highly recommend Restore!” - Katie Q. “I am so lucky to have had such a great physical therapist and a very encouraging environment. I highly recommend Restore!” SEE A PHYSICAL THERAPIST FIRST! A physician prescription is not required to see a physical therapist. Before more aggressive treatments like prescription medications, injections, or surgery, physical therapy is a great choice. If you know someone that has neck, back, shoulder, or knee pain, please forward this message to them or have them contact us at (856) 396-8131.
