What Holds It Together The name JT Collective is simple. It doesn’t try to be anything else. “My name is Jacob. My wife’s name is Thais. And put together we are JT Collective.” But the structure behind it carries more weight than the name suggests. The early days weren’t built alone. A close friend joined with deep technical experience across general contracting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and inspection, bringing a level of knowledge that grounded the operation from the beginning. “He was a real help in getting everything started, while I had more of the youthful vigor to try and put it all together.”
And then there’s Thais.
She doesn’t stand at the front of the company, but her presence runs through it. “I wouldn’t have stuck with it this long if it weren’t for my wife. She helps operate the business behind the scenes, and most importantly, she’s my support—helping me keep my head on straight.” JT Collective isn’t structured around departments or hierarchy.
