Every project begins the same way. It starts with a conversation.
“People often have their vision inside their mind… and a lot of it is narrowing down their expectations. Why do they want a home? What are they going to do with it?” Says Jacob.
From there, the process becomes shared.
“We work in 3D. We take what they have in their mind and what we can do and put those together into a model so they can see everything before we build it.”
Clients don’t just sign off—they see it, adjust it, and walk through it before it exists.
“They’re always welcome to stop by our shop to see the construction underway, to feel the space as it takes shape.”
That level of openness isn’t common.
