Jacob is clear about where they stand. “There are a lot of really neat tiny house builders out there. What sets us apart is our high value for custom, for luxury, for quality materials—and a high value of integrity.” That choice comes with trade-offs. “We build fewer, but we build more custom… not so many people build custom like we do nowadays.” It takes more time. It introduces more variables. But it produces a level of quality and customization that is difficult to replicate at scale. Where It’s Headed

Tiny homes on wheels built the foundation. Modular is becoming the next step. “We’re seeing that modular homes are becoming the future… they’re more permittable, more financeable, more insurable—and as an appreciating asset, hopefully a better investment long term,” Jacob explains.
