“We’re looking to start building modular homes and working with developers to create small communities… where there’s a pride of ownership for the clients.”
The focus is clear and the goal isn’t volume, its permanence.
“We want homes that are fully permitted, set on a real foundation. Something that serves people for generations.” What Drives It At the center of it, the motivation stays grounded. “I want to put bread on the table and raise our kids… that’s one thing that gets me out of bed in the morning.”
There’s a broader reality shaping the work as well.
“We’ve seen that it’s becoming less and less affordable for people to get into a home… and we would love to be able to create more affordable housing that allows people to get out of that rental trap.” That belief shows up in where they’re headed. “I believe it’s good for the community to have home ownership, not just rentals—so people can have the chance to put down roots.”
