Exercise Essentials Try these exercises to help maintain a healthy body

STRAIGHT LEG - SLR

SINGLE KNEE TO CHEST STRETCH

Good stretch to help your lower back

Good stretch if you sit at a computer all day

While lying on your back, hold your knee and gently pull it up towards your chest. Hold for 10 counts. Repeat 6 times on both sides.

While lying or sitting, raise up your leg with a straight knee. Keep the opposite knee bent with the foot planted to the ground. Repeat 6 times on both sides.
