ISLAND MARY Ever since the signature Bloody Mary cocktail was perfected in 1934 by famed barman Fernand Petiot at The St. Regis New York’s King Cole Bar, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts worldwide have developed their own version of the iconic sip. Ours, known as the Island Mary and inspired by the distinctive flavours and pristine landscape of the Maldives, complements the classic ingredients of a traditional Bloody Mary with kala namak salt, a distinctive seasoning popular in South Asian cuisine.
