AVIS DE PUBLICATION AU REGISTRE ENVIRONNEMENTAL DU PROJET DE PARC ÉOLIEN CHAMPS DE L’EST Nom du projet : Parc éolien Champs de l’Est Numéro de contrat du IESO : L-006352-WIN-001-032 Localisation du projet : Le projet de parc éolien Champs de l’Est est situé sur des propriétés privées et publiques municipalité de La Nation et le canton de Champlain, à l’intérieur des Comtés unis de Prescott et Russell. L’aire du projet se situe au nord de l’autoroute 417, et s’étend le long du chemin de comté 22, à proximité de la communauté de St. Bernardin. Daté du 24 avril 2018, municipalité de La Nation. Description du projet : Parc éolien Champs de l’Est SEC (le promoteur), une subsidiaire de Système d’énergie renouvelable Canada inc, planifie d’entreprendre le projet de Parc Éolien Champs de l’Est. Le projet est assujetti aux provisions de la Partie V 0.1 de la Loi sur la protection de l’environnement (Loi) et du Règlement de l’Ontario 359/09 (Règlement). La délivrance d'une autorisation d'énergie renouvelable par le ministère de l'Environnement et du Changement climatique est requise pour le projet. En vertu de la Loi et du Règlement, le projet est classé comme un projet éolien de classe 4. S'il est approuvé, ce projet aura une capacité nominale maximale d'environ 32 MW. L'emplacement du projet est présenté dans la carte ci-dessous. Publication au Registre environnemental : Cet avis est publié conformément aux articles 15.1 et 15.2 du Règlement après la publication du projet sur le Registre environnemental (www.ebr.gov.on.ca) sous le numéro 013-2290 le 18 avril 2018. Conformément au Règlement, Parc Éolien Champs de l’Est rend disponibles pour inspection publique les copies de tous les documents finaux. Ces documents sont accessibles en ligne (www.parceolienchampsdelest.com) à partir du 24 avril 2018. Les questions et commentaires sur le projet peuvent être soumis à Sarah Raetsen, évaluateur principal de projet au ministère de l'Environnement et du Changement climatique, en utilisant les coordonnées figurant sur le Registre environnemental au plus tard le 2 juin 2018. The proposed Eastern FieldsWind Power Project will be located on public and private land in eastern Ontario in the Municipality of The Nation and Township of Champlain within the United Counties of Prescott and Russell, north of Highway 417 and extending along County Road 22, within the general area of the town of St. Bernardin. Dated this 24th day of April 2018, Municipality of The Nation. Project Description: Eastern Fields Wind Farm LP (the Proponent), a wholly-owned entity of Renewable Energy Systems Canada Inc., is proposing to develop the Eastern Fields Wind Power Project. The project is subject to the provisions of the Environmental Protection Act (the “Act”) Part V.0.1 and Ontario Regulation 359/09 (Regulation). The issuance of a renewable energy approval from the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change is required for the project. Pursuant to the Act and Regulation, the facility is classified as a Class 4Wind Facility. If approved, this project would have a total maximum nameplate capacity of approximately 32 MW. The location of the project is presented in the map below. Environmental Registry Posting: This notice is being published in accordance with Section 15.1 and 15.2 of the Regulation following the posting of the project on the Environmental Registry (www.ebr.gov.on.ca) under number 013-2290 on April 18, 2018. In accordance with the Regulation, Eastern Fields Wind Power Project has made copies of all final documents available for public inspection online on April 24, 2018 at www.easternfieldswind.com.
