Sample Facility License Regulations Language, Cont’d: (a) Current Inspection and Compliance Reports from applicable authorities; e.g., building inspector, fire inspector, health inspector, water quality authority, and any other authority the TGRA deems necessary. Such certificates of compliance must indicate the gaming facility’s compliance status with the applicable standards, as well as noting any deficiencies and recommendations.
