P ARS I PPANY, NJ — Michael Taylor , senior vice president of Lincoln Property Compa- ny , has announced that Belco Technologies Corporation a subsidiary of E.I DuPont de Nemours has finalized a early renewal and extension of their lease for 23,383 s/f at 9 Entin Rd., Parsippany. Belco will con- tinue to use the space as their divisional headquarters. Rick Genthe , served as in- house leasing agent on behalf of the landlord, 9 Entin Road Investors, LLC . Brian Go- dau , VP of CBRE represented E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Company. 9 Entin Rd. is a three-story, 196,894 s/f class A office build- ing located just off Exit 40B of I-287. In a separate transaction, Taylor announced that a 17,672 s/f long-term lease has been signed at 9 Entin Rd. with Aetna Life Insurance Company. Aetna offers a broad range of traditional, voluntary and consumer-directed health insurance products and related services, including medical, pharmacy, dental, behavioral health, group life and disabil- ity plans, and medical manage- ment capabilities. Lincoln Property Company’s vice president Rick Genthe, served as in-house leasing agent on behalf of the landlord, 9 Entin Road Investors, LLC, a joint venture between Lincoln Property Company and a fund advised by the US real estate business of UBS Global As- set Management.
