LLC announced the sale of a 120,000 s/f industrial building, located at 381 Brooks Rd. Steven Kempf Building Ma- terials Co. acquired the build- ing from Estate of Anthony A. Martino for $4.373 million. The property, which was built in 1962, sits on 9.2 acres of land in the heart of King of Prussia. With nine exterior loading docks and two drive- ins of 14’, the building is in a great location near I-76 and the PA Turnpike.

sCRanTOn, Pa — The scranton Plan was awarded a $6,000 PPL Blue Ribbon Grant in support of their Summer Festival event. The goal of the festival is to in- troduce corporate executives and real estate professionals from neighboring states to the quality of life and business opportunities available in the greater Scranton area. Through Blue Ribbon Mar- keting Partnerships, PPL provides financial support to local and regional economic development organizations. The Blue Ribbon Marketing Partnership program is lim- ited to marketing initiatives by non-profit economic de- velopment groups.
