The RT 61 location will be sup- porting the existing Reading production operation. “Unit 7 at the Rt 61 Distri- bution Center with 11 dock doors and accessible location, provides IFS with diverse fu- ture utility and we are very ex- cited to have them fill out over 300,000 s/f of new leases at the property.” said Chris Brasler , CEO of Brasler Properties . Brasler Properties, a third generation family owned firm, specializes in rehabilitating large industrial facilities into state-of-the-art multi-tenant complexes. Since 2000, Brasler has been responsible for over 3.4 million s/f of successfully leased projects in Pennsylva- nia. Steve Willems , NAI Key- stone Commercial and In- dustrial , represented the land- lord and tenant. n Bethel, PA — NAI Key- stone Commercial and In- dustrial, LLC announced the award of property management contract at the new Berks Park 78, a warehouse/distribution de- velopment in Bethel. The park was created by Berks County Industrial Development Authority , and tenants include two Fortune 500 companies - Dollar General Corporation and PetSmart Inc. Both are building their first Pennsylvania distri- bution centers at the Bethel property. Dermody Proper- ties is developing a 750,000 s/f warehouse/distribution facility on a third parcel at the park.
