NORTH: Views of an iconic London landmarks

St. Paul’s Cathedral

Built in the late 17th century, it is a Church of England cathedral which is the 2nd largest church building in the UK after Liverpool Cathedral. Its construction was part of a major rebuilding programme which took place in the city after the Great Fire of London. In St. Paul’s. you can find the tombs and memorials of some of the nation’s greatest heroes such as Admiral Lord Nelson and the Duke of Wellington.

Tate Modern

Britain's national museum of contemporary art from around the world is housed in the former Bankside Power Station. The awe-inspiring Turbine Hall runs the length of the entire building and you can see amazing work for free by artists such as Picasso, Rothko, Dalí, Pollock andWarhol. The façade of the building is made out of 4.2 million bricks.
