It’s a Wrap on our 2026 NIBA Mentoring Program
Key takeaways: 100% of mentees thought the program provided them with good progress towards their personal and professional goals. 95% of mentors and mentees were either ‘very satisfied’ or ‘satisfied’ with the program. 93% of mentors and mentees were either ‘very satisfied’ or ‘satisfied’ with their pairing. 92% of the cohort thought the program ‘exceeded’ or ‘met’ their expectations. 88% of mentoring pairs plan to stay in touch after the program concludes.
The Mentoring Program has come to an end for yet another year. A sincere thank you to both our 2026 mentors and mentees for their commitment, enthusiasm and engagement throughout the program. The willingness of mentors to share their expertise and experiences, combined with the dedication of mentees to their professional development, is what makes this program such a success year after year. Congratulations to all participants on your achievements. We look forward to seeing how you continue to apply your learnings and contribute to the industry in the years ahead.
