The RDS ELITE SHOW JUMPING FOAL SALE in partnership with Go " s is held subject to the Conditions of Sale set out below. All potential Vendors and Purchasers are advised to read carefully these Conditions which have been specifically prepared for this Sale.

DEFINITIONS
down by Go!s or who purchases the Lot privately following the sale and who has signed the Acknowledgement of Purchase form. Purchase Price (as regards the Purchaser) is the price in Euro at which the Lot was knocked down by Go!s in the ring or the price at which it is sold privately plus V.A.T. and commission. RDS means The Royal Dublin Society. Sale means the sale by auction conducted by Go!s. Sales O " ce means the o"ce at the Royal Dublin Society used by Go!s on the day of the Sale. Sale Premises means The Royal Dublin Society. Sale Price (as regards the Vendor) means the price in Euro at which the Lot was knocked down by Go!s or the price at which it is sold privately, subject to deductions for commission, entry fee and any other charges which may apply. The Panel means one or more Veterinary Surgeons appointed by Go!s. Vendor means the person, partnership or corporation named on the Entry Form as the Owner of the Lot, or, if no Owner is named on the Entry Form, the person who entered the Lot for sale. If the Vendor is not the Owner of the Lot or the legal owner(s) of the Lot, the Vendor shall be deemed at all times and for all purposes to be the servant or agent of the Owner and/ or the legal owner(s).
Catalogue means the catalogue in which these terms and conditions are contained. The Catalogue also includes any supplement to it issued by Go!s from time to time. Where the printed catalogue and any online catalogue are found to be at variance, the Conditions of Sale in the printed sale catalogue will be deemed to be the Conditions under which the Sale is being conducted, subject to any amendment(s) and addition(s) announced by the Auctioneer at the start of the sale. Debtor means any Vendor, Purchaser or New Purchaser (as appropriate) with any liability to Go!s. Go ! s means Robert J. Go! & Co. plc and/or Go!s UK Limited and/or Go!s Bloodstock Sales Limited Lot means the horse which is to be sold and which has a Lot number in the Catalogue or the online Catalogue on the Go!s website. Any other Lot number that may be shown in any printed or online form other than the Catalogue should not be taken by a bidder to be the Lot number. New Purchaser means the person to whom the Lot has been transferred after the Sale in accordance with 5.2 below. Owner means the person, partnership, syndicate or corporation named on the Entry Form as the owner of the Lot. Purchaser means the highest bidder to whom a Lot is knocked
